What flow meter video do you want to see? Vote!

Posted in GPI Polls by GPI on June 8, 2009

The last couple of months have been pretty hectic in my GPI web/new media world.  I have been doing some spring cleaning in our online catalog.  In this new digital world things don’t literally “pile up” but they do grow.  I spent a good part of my time cleaning(or deleting) some of our old manuals from our database to keep everything nice and organized.  This task had to be done carefully because you never want to delete something you shouldn’t.  I am still going through some of these files to make sure we are current on all of our flow meter products.

I also started to think about what our next flow meter video should be.  Mr. Matt Logan (the guy you will probably talk to if you call us) and I discussed some of the topics we think would be beneficial to our customers.  I decided to put these topics in a poll so that you could vote for the one you would like for us to shoot.  I will only post some of the topics we discussed. However, if you have a topic you would like for us to cover please feel free to write it in.

There is a new feature on the GPI Flow Meters website.  We have added a video gallery page where we will upload videos that we believe are helpful to our customers.  There are still some features that we will add to this page and obviously more videos.  Keep visiting our GPI Flow Meter News page and our blog for the latest.

The first video we have uploaded is titled “How-to Calibrate a Flow Meter” .  There is a short and a long version of the video.

Let us know what you all think.

How-to install a PVDF Flowmeter from GPI

Posted in How-To by GPI on December 5, 2008

I was going through some “stuff” here at GPI and I found a video on how-to install our PVDF flowmeter.  It is a bit “old school” but for the most part it is accurate.  I  had to chuckle a little bit because the background music is so 1980′s.

Check it out below and if you have questions about GPI flowmeters in general feel free to e-mail us or call us at 316-686-7361.

If you are not familiar with GPI Industrial Flowmeters make sure you visit our website at www.gpimeters.net.
